The La Pavoni Professional HX features an AISI 304 stainless steel frame, along with stainless steel cups frame. This La Pavoni has two manometers for both pump and boiler pressure control, allowing you to correct the brewing extraction process. It comes with a full rotary pump with the option a tanked water supply or direct water connection. The mechanical grade pressure stat exemplifies the advanced characteristics of the model.
