This grinder packs 10 macro settings with 26 micro settings each—that's 260 total options—giving you total control over how fine or coarse your grounds are. The 54mm flat ceramic burrs (made by Ditting) are super precise, built to last, and are famous for the thick, velvety shots they produce. If you drink lots of espresso on its own or enjoy steamed milk on top, this is the grinder we recommend.

The LED-backlit touch screen keeps things simple and tough, putting complete control of grind size and dosing right at your fingertips. You can grind by time or weight with barely a 0.2g margin for error. Throw in the included portafilter holder to enable time-based hands-free grinding.
