Arkadia has made this drinking chocolate with 40% cocoa and is gluten free. This creation is a full-bodied hot chocolate designed for those who prefer chocolate over sweetness. Arkadia's 40% Drinking Chocolate has been crafted using 100% Ivory Coast cocoa powder to produce a dark, earthy drinking chocolate. This rounded chocolate features an orange zest, hazelnut and dried stone fruit notes to balance perfectly with it's bitter sweet drinking chocolate blend. The 40% drinking chocolate is a perfect product to create Mocha's without the added sugary sweetness to overpower the espresso!
