This coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers on the Onang Ganjang highlands of Sumatra. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, pulped, and naturally fermented for 12 hours before undergoing Giling Basa (wet hulling) — a process unique to Sumatra that enriches its bold, earthy character. After drying, hand-sorting, and a 30-day rest, the beans achieve their rich and layered profile.
Produced by an innovative young processor in Dolok Sangul, Blue Bianca consistently scores highly on the cupping table for its vibrant and exotic character. With a refined balance and a clean finish, it represents the very best of Indonesian specialty coffee.
