The Steam Single is the most accessible SLAYER yet.
For the first time on a SLAYER, an internal reservoir allows for plug-and-play installation.
The Steam Single brings all of the beloved features of SLAYER’s popular Steam LP into a smaller footprint. Easily pull manual shots while shifting between pressures to ‘record’ your favourite shot and ‘playback’ all day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit lets the barista more gently saturate the coffee bed for more balanced, consistent extractions.
Steam Single features black matte powder-coated cup rail and wings, anodized aluminium body panels, Soft Touch™ portafilters and Onyx Duratex™ actuators.

- Internal Fresh Water Reservoir - 2.5L supply, discreetly located internally. Optional Plumbing Kit sold separately.
- Record and Playback - Once you’ve pulled a shot you love, easily ‘record’ and ‘playback’ it all day. Save up to 2 recipes.
- Removable Drip Tray Basin - Easy collection of waste water for non-plumbed applications.
- Heads-Up Barista Dashboard - View shot parameters in real time and make easy, on the fly changes to settings
- Independent Brew and Steam Tanks - PID-Controlled Brew Tank (0.8L, 900W) is separate from the Steam Tank (2.4L, 2000W) so each can maintain optimum temperature stability.
- Electronic Steam Wand Valves - Robust, low maintenance solenoids make long term upkeep easier.
- Brew Group Actuators - 3-position actuator lets you shift between brew modes, and select programmable volumes.
- Rotary Vane Pump - Internal commercial style pump gives you professional-level performance.
- Dedicated Pre-Infusion Water Circuit - A dedicated hydraulic path to ensure a consistent, repeatable reduced flow rate. Programmable up to 10-sec.
