Firstly, the Lelit Bianca has a fully stainless-steel casing and features a traditional Italian-style espresso machine look. On top of the high build quality, it comes with some stunning walnut accents, which will look luxury in any kitchen. The machine is smart and compact at 40cm tall, 48.5cm deep and 29cm wide, and comes with a 2.5L water tank so you won’t be refilling it 24/7. You can manage the parameters and settings through the Lelit Control Centre (LCC system) on the left of the machine and monitor the pressure of the steam and pump from the right side of the machine. Flow Paddle Control
The Bianca provides a great Flow Profiling feature that makes it one of the most affordable prosumer machines on the market. The E61 group head maintains exceptional temperature stability. For example, you can experiment with the wooden panel for different brew pressures and manually control the pre-infusion. LCC computer system
The Lelit Control Centre computer system allows you adjust all the variables in the machine including pre-infusion time, temperature, the machine settings, and timer. Dual Boiler
The Lelit Bianca V3 has two stainless steel boilers so that you can brew an espresso and steam milk at the same time. The longer an espresso shot is left without milk, the more it oxidizes, so this capability means you will get better tasting milk-based coffees than a single boiler coffee machine.
Quiet & Eco-friendly
The Bianca has a silent rotary pump, which is much quieter compared a vibratory pump (this means you won’t be waking up the household when you need your morning coffee fix!). What’s the improvement from V1, V2 and V3?
Lelit have improved many features from its V1 and V2 version with the V3. The first improvement is that they enhanced the Eco-mode features and increased the steam temperature setting from 266 °F (125 °C) to 275 °F (135 °C). The V3 also offers more settings in the LCC than the V1 and V2 and features one additional electronic low-flow mode. With the paddle fully open, the V3 will pull your shots at four bars of pressure instead of nine. The steam and hot water valves are longer on the V3, leaving more room to adjust the steam wand without scratching the body.
Accessories
There is a 58mm bottomless / naked filter holders and a double-spouted filter holder both with walnut wooden handles and coffee slide spout in the box. Additionally, there are three IMS filter baskets with capacities of 9-11g, 14-18g, and 12-21g with a stainless-steel tamper and spoon. Other beautiful accessories are a microfiber towel with the Lelit logo, a water filter, and a cup rack for smaller espressos. So, the Lelit V3 comes packed with everything you need to start making coffee, right in the box.
