Complete Cafe Services, Adelaide's top destination for "all things coffee", is looking for a "Coffee / Barista Trainer" extraordinaire to join our team. We're dedicated to providing the ultimate coffee experience for our customers, and we need someone who shares our passion for quality and service.
As our new Barista Trainer, you will be required to market the training channel, manage the bookings and provide training from Beginner to Advanced training for both Domestic and Industry students. You will be required to facilitate training, both onsite at customer locations and at our purpose built training studio in Unley.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate others, and a deep understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing. You should also be a team player who is highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient in use of a computer.
This is a full-time position that requires some weekend work, but the rewards are well worth it. The remuneration package will depend on the skills and experience you bring to the table.
