Grown in the celebrated Aricha area of Yirgacheffe, this coffee captures the distinctive character of Ethiopian washed processing: clean, aromatic and wonderfully refined. Bursts of lemon sugar and juicy mandarin take centre stage, seamlessly transitioning into delicate Earl Grey tea notes. A crisp white wine acidity adds brightness and balance, creating a refreshing and memorable specialty coffee experience from one of Africa's most celebrated growing regions.
